When will orders ship?

Your order will be shipped promptly on receipt of verified funds. Most items are in stock and will by shipped 1st Class Mail by the US Postal Service within 48 hours of your order. If an order cannot be shipped within 48 hours the customer will receive an email with an explanation of the delay and the order will be shipped as soon as possible.

Is this jewelry sterling silver?

If an item is sterling silver, it will indicate so in the description. All other metal jewelry has an "anti-tarnish" finish and can be cleaned with a sterling silver polishing cloth.

How do backorders work?

We do not place items on backorder. On occasion there will be a piece that is not available at the time of the order. If this happens, you will be notified of the situation and asked if you would like to choose another piece in its place. If not, the order will be processed with only items that are available at the time of the order.

What is your return policy?

I stand by my items 100%. Your satisfaction is guaranteed. I’m sure you’ll love the quality of my jewelry, but, if by some chance, you are not happy with your purchase, return it. You have up to 7 days from receipt to do a return. The only requirement is that you email me with the reason for return. All items must be sent back in the condition in which received and in the original packaging.
