The person in charge of your fundraiser will send out an email expaining the details of the fundraiser along with a special coupon code for your organization which will be forwarded to everyone involved in the fundraiser. At that point they just forward the email to everyone in their address book. The email also requests that whoever receives it forward it to everyone in their address book! Friends and family all over the country will be able to help raise money for your organization! So the opportunity is ENDLESS! A time frame will be put on the fundraiser and during that time all orders placed with your organization's unique coupon code will earn 30% of the total sales!

A check will be mailed to your organization within 1 week after the fundraiser is over! There's no purchasing up front, no minimum order, no products left over to figure out where to store after the fundraiser is over!

We recommend you run your fundraiser for 2 to 3 weeks.

When will our check be mailed after the fundraiser?

Typically checks are mailed within 7 to 10 days of the close of the fundraiser.

How do we get people to log-on and purchase?

Make sure your members forward the email with the unique coupon code to all of their friends and family. They will have to send out reminder emails often for the fundraiser to work well. People may not have time to order at the time they get the email, so they will need to be reminded.

Can my friends and family forward our organization's unique coupon code to their friends?

Yes, encourage your friends to forward the email with the unique coupon code on to their friends. Remember your organization gets 30% of all the sales that are made with the unique coupon code attached. The more people who get your unique coupon code the higher your sales. What you cannot do is spam people with your email/unique coupon code. You may only forward it to people you personally know, and then they can forward it to people they personally know and so forth.

Can we do the fundraiser more than one time per year?

Yes, groups can do the fundraiser multiple times per year.

When will orders ship?

Individual orders will be shipped as timely as possible. Usually within 48 hours. We will not wait for the end of the fundraiser to mail out the orders.

Is this jewelry sterling silver?

If an item is sterling silver, it will indicate so in the description. All other metal jewelry has an "anti-tarnish" finish and can be cleaned with a sterling silver polishing cloth.

How do backorders work?

We do not place items on backorder. On occasion there will be a piece that is not available at the time of the order. If this happens, customers will be notified of the situation and asked if they would like to choose another piece in its place. If not, the order will be processed with only items that are available at the time of the order.

What is your return policy?

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, Sassy Girl is happy to do an even exchange for another item. Unfortunately we cannot do refunds as 30% of the money would have gone back to the organization that you're supporting. Exchanges must be done within 7 days of receipt of your item. You pay the shipping to send the item back; however Sassy Girl will ship your item at no cost back to you. You must contact Sassy Girl regarding a return before returning the item.
